At AnimeVora, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

An unboxing/opening video must be recorded from the moment the package seal is opened.
The video must clearly show the package condition and the issue with the product.
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

AnimeVora provides replacements only. Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law.

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product.

Returns, exchanges, or replacements are not accepted if you change your mind after placing an order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
